About the event
More than ever many of us are feeling a sense of fear, unease, doom and anger around the election. Many of us are worried about election day and are wondering how we can take care of ourselves.
I'm offering a election day compassion session. Join me at my office for an evening of compassion work, including discussion, sharing and meditation as we practice accessing compassion and love for ourselves and others amid turmoid and fear.
We will not be discussing politics and no election coverage will be processed during the session. This is truely a space to find refuge in our own compassion. Space is limited so RSVP soon!
