Life is lifing pretty hard right now for everyone. Instability, uncertainty and cruelty seem to rule every headline. These currents run through our personal lives as well while we manage relationships, parenting, caretaking of friends and relatives and the tetris of our schedules and obligations. Tack on the journey through perimenopause to menopause and there are numerous factors that can make this all feel unbearable, overwhelming, infuriating, vulnerable, depressing and a whole range of emotions. Not to mention all the ways these feelings are physically manifesting in our body (hello hot flashes, insomnia, joint pain, low libido, weight gain and the list goes on).
