About the event
Rewriting Midlife Together: A Compassionate Retreat Series

A guided path toward an empowered and peaceful midlife.
Midlife and menopause are powerful thresholds. But too often, they’re faced in isolation or with confusion, shame, and outdated stories. Rewriting Midlife Together is a deeply supportive, three-month retreat series created to change the narrative. Through an intimate, small-group experience, you’ll be guided by a team of experts who understand the emotional, physical, and relational changes of this season and who are passionate about helping you rise through it.
Three Day-Long Retreat Sessions in Portland
Held once a month in the Portland area (February 13, March 6th and April 10th), each immersive daylong retreat invites you into a warm, supportive environment where you can learn, reflect, share, and be seen. The cohort is intentionally small to allow for genuine connection, meaningful conversations, and a profound sense of belonging. The retreat is designed to have participants attend all three sessions, but we understand the realities of busy schedules and while we think it's time we prioritize ourselves and TAKE the space, we also support you in coming to one, two or three of the days.
Across the age span, in every culture, women collect in groups to dance and sing and cry and wail. We gather in groups to hold each other up, support our communities, survive and thrive. Ask any of us about our lives and will undoubtedly tell you about the community of women around us. It is a cornerstone of womanhood and our lives. This retreat is honoring this deep wisdom that we all have. We are better together. We need each other. And in the love and support of a beautiful group of women we can create a whole new experience of middle age. Though community, food, touch, heartfelt sharing, and educational enrichment we come together to celebrate and honor our menopause journey.

Nourishment for Your Whole Self
We will be nurished with beautifully prepared, farm-to-table meals crafted specifically for the needs of midlife and menopause. Our nutritionist collaborates with a local catering team to design menus that balance hormones, support energy, and nurture your body with intention. You’ll experience food as part of your healing: delicious, grounding, and deeply thoughtful.
A Truly Integrative Experience: Mind, Body & Soul
Each session blends education with therapeutic exploration to create a holistic experience that honors your whole self. Together, we will:
Uncover the myths and limiting beliefs surrounding menopause
Explore identity shifts, relationship dynamics, and emotional changes
Understand the biology behind hormonal transitions, symptoms, and body changes
Reconnect with your own power, intuition, and voice
Create pathways toward self-acceptance, vitality, and confidence
You’ll be guided by a psychologist, naturopath, nutritionist, and holistic esthetician. Each one offering their unique expertise to help you understand both the science and the heart and soul of this transition.
