Seasonal Women's Group
This group meets quarterly, with the changing of the seasons. Four times a year we come together in an intimate group to set intentions, track progress towards change and growth, celebrate our successes or share our losses. Join a group of sweet women to support your therapy and build friendships.

About the event
Women thrive in community with other women. Having a group that we can count on for therapeutic support can be just what we need therapeutically. This group is desiged to provide connection, support and encouragement as we work towards therapeutic goals. The quarterly meetings allow for ongoing relationship building, without overwhelming our schedules. This is a great adjunct to personal therapy or can be perfect for someone who isnt needing regular individual sessions, but wants to continue to be intentional about their own growth.

Space is limited to 7 women per group and it is important that a committment is made to attend all four sessions per year.
Sessions are 3 hours on a Friday, typically in January, April, July, and October. Exact dates will be set as groups form.
