About the event
Join us for a sweet day-retreat of self love and care. Â Spend the day in a lovely setting, sit in the sun and take in a stunning view of the mountains, walk in the gardens, take a nap under a tree, get a facial or a massage (or both). Â Do a meditation and learn about Qigong from a holistic healer or join a talk on hormones by a naturopath physician. Â Enjoy appetizers and a signature mocktail create by our sweet chef while you connect with others who are on the same mission of tender self care. Join Darci, Annie Book and our special guests who will walk us through differnt ways to love ourselves.Â
- Lisa Dickinson, ND and Meghan Bennett, ND from Amber Wellness Group will talk about pelvic floor therapies!
- Diana Contrera, a Qigong teacher, will teach us about Qigong.Â
- Lindsay O'Gorman of Ritual Esthetics will be offering facials and skin care tipsÂ
- Laura Goff of Beacon Acupucture will offer Aroma Point Therapy both indivdiually and as a group.Â
- Sarah Prentice and Ashley O'Shaughnessy of Salon Ame  will offer scalp massage (with or without oil treatment).Â
- Cassie Larson from Cassie's Plant Based Living will talk about all things food and serve up lovely treats!Â
This is a donation based event (suggested donations between 50 and 200 dollars). Mini-facials, scalp massages and aroma point therapy sessions are sold out, but there is still plenty self care to enjoy during the day so dont hesitate to join us!Â
We are so excited to host this very special day for you. Bring a friend, bring a book, dip into the offerings that feel most wonderful for you (or maybe just tuck into a bedroom in the back of the house for some quite time!) It's all about you loving you.Â
